Assistant Professor, University of Warwick, UK
Postdoc, Foundations of Machine Learning Systems (Robert Williamson), Tübingen AI Center
What is your connection to Tübingen, Wenkai?
I was a postdoctoral researcher at the Foundation of Machine Learning Systems group at the Tübingen AI Center from 2023 to 2024, hosted by Professor Robert Williamson.
Is there a memory from your time here that had a lasting positive impact on you?
My residency at the Tübingen AI Center has had a profound and long-lasting effect on the development of my scientific career. Beyond the research contents, one of the most valuable experiences is to immerse in a community that is scientifically vibrant, continuously evolving, and actively cultivating young researchers. Among many memorable moments, the annual retreat remains the most inspiring: it fosters a mind-stimulating and life-reflecting culture that continues to pave my own scientific path and research taste.
